2010 Dixie National Quarter Horse Show a Large Success
The Dixie National Quarter Horse show held February 17-21 in Jackson, MS. turned out to be a big success. This years show was dedicated to the memory of Garry Woodruff.
The weather was beautiful all week. Sunny and warm during the day and cool at night. Sunday it rained for just a few minutes. The classes were big so there were lots of points to be won with 3 judges. The ring crew kept the classes moving along and the ladies in the office were always there to help if you needed anything.
The free style reining on Friday night was great and afterwards the trademart was open for shopping until 11:00. The shopping was amazing, so if you could not find it there you did not need it!!
There were informational and training seminars for folks that were looking to increase their equine knowledge.
The Horse Sale on Saturday created lots of excitment and lots of folks took home new horses.
